The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Community Development Financial Institution Fund (CDFI Fund) recently announced that River Gorge Capital, a subsidiary of BrightBridge Capital, is one of 107 organizations from across the country to receive a New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation award.

The CARES Act has been joined by the Economic Aid Act (EAA). The most widely known components of the EAA are the extension of the SBA’s authority to make PPP loans through March 31, 2021 and revisions of certain PPP requirements. Another eagerly anticipated part of the Economic Aid Act is the still-to-come Shuttered Venue Operators Grant program, which will be administered by the SBA’s Office of Disaster Assistance.
